SCOTT M. KENDALL is a practicing attorney in Elk Grove, California, a suburb several miles south of California’s Capitol, Sacramento. While his primary practice area is family law, he also litigates questions involving religious freedom under the First Amendment of United States Constitution. Scott received, with distinction, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law—an ABA accredited law school in Sacramento.
Before his calling to the law, Scott served our country in the Profession of Arms. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1984 with a B.S. in International Affairs specializing in National Security Policy, and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant. Scott earned a U.S. Air Force Navigator Aeronautical rating and was qualified as a Navigator and Radar Navigator in the B-52 Stratofortress—the nation’s primary strategic bomber at that time. As the Cold War continued, Scott served on Combat Crew Alert—a component of our triad nuclear deterrent.
Although Scott continues to practice law, his primary interest is to bring clarity to the Christian message. He advocates Apostolic Certainty as the framework necessary to restore the primacy of the teachings of the Apostles—Jesus, and Him crucified.
Scott speaks at churches and conferences, and can be contacted here to schedule engagements.
